Location

TVDE and delivery fleet partner in Aveiro

Aveiro is flat, compact and built around canals, which makes it one of the easier cities in the country to work on two wheels — a genuine advantage if you are starting in delivery.

Where the work is

The university is the largest single source of demand, and the city centre around the canals and Forum Aveiro carries the restaurant trade. Costa Nova and Barra fill up from spring onwards and are far enough out to make proper fares. The Cacia industrial area adds shift traffic that falls outside normal peaks.

What to know about driving here

Distances in the city are short enough that a bicycle or scooter often beats a car door to door, and parking is easier than in most Portuguese cities. The run to Costa Nova crosses the lagoon on a single road that queues on hot weekends, so build the return leg into your thinking.

Both fleets are open here

You can join for passenger work, for delivery work, or for both. The documents and the onboarding are the same wherever in Portugal you are based — what changes is the market you drive in.
