1. Who we are

WebOrbitX Mobility, based in Portugal, is the controller of the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@weborbitx.com.

2. What we collect

• Application details: your name, phone number, email address, the fleet you want to join, the city you want to work in, your licence and documentation status, when you can start, and anything you write in the message field.
• Onboarding documents: what the platform requires us to submit on your behalf — identification, NIF, driving licence, TVDE driver certificate, criminal record certificate and IBAN, depending on the fleet.
• Contact history: the emails you send us and our replies, so we can answer you properly and track where your onboarding stands.
• Technical data: our web server keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site available and secure. We use no analytics or tracking tools — see the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your application and tell you which platforms and documents apply to you — this is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made.
• To submit your onboarding file to the platform under our fleet, and to perform the fleet agreement once you join.
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting records and reporting traffic offences.
• We do not send marketing messages. We write to you about your application, your onboarding or a question you asked us, and nothing else.

4. How long we keep it

Applications that do not lead to onboarding are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Fleet records are kept for the period required by law.

We do not keep your information for longer than these purposes need or the law requires. If you would like your application deleted sooner, write to us and we will do it.

5. Who we share it with

• Our website host and our email provider, which act on our instructions under written terms. We will tell you which providers we currently use if you ask.
• The platforms you ask us to onboard you to, which receive the documents they require.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.
• We never sell your personal data.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Write to us and we will respond within the period required by law.

If you believe we have handled your personal data wrongly, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the data protection supervisory authority in Portugal.

7. Security

We keep personal data on password-protected systems and limit access to the people who need it to run the fleet. Our website is served over an encrypted connection.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date shown above.
